Hi Huang, ok, there's indeed something going wrong in a way that shouldn't happen. as written before, we don't guarantee functionality of FOS. still, i'd make an attempt at looking on what is going wrong here, but i'll need additional information for that...
what do you mean by "empty or other unexpected case of the liquid cloud mass"? what did you set there? what data do you use? it would be good if you can prepare a case that i can run and where i can reproduce the error. make it an as easy case as possible, make it use only data from arts itself or the arts-xml-data (if really other data is needed, cut it as small as possible and send it to me.). send me the controlfile. then i'll see, what i can do. no promises, though. best wishes, Jana On Wed, Jul 1, 2015 at 2:33 AM, 黄莹珠 <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi,Jana, > Thanks again. > And I am testing the FOS example and find that if there is a empty or > other > unexpected case of the liquid cloud mass, the errors occured as follows: > > WARNING: > scat_data consistency check not implemented (yet?!) for > ptype 30! > Cloudbox is switched off! > Cloudbox is off, pnd_field is set to empty. > Cloudbox is switched off! > Cloudbox is off, pnd_field is set to empty. > Cloudbox is switched off! > Cloudbox is off, pnd_field is set to empty. > arts: /usr/local/arts-2.3/arts/src/array.h:199: base& > Array<base>::operator[](Index) [with base = long int; Index = long int]: > Assertion `n<nelem()' failed. > > Best regards > > Huang Yingzhu > > -- ===================================================================== Jana Mendrok, Ph.D. (Research Associate) Luleå University of Technology Department of Computer Science, Electrical and Space Engineering Division of Space Technology PO Box 812 981 28 Kiruna, Sweden Phone : +46 (0)980 6 7540 =====================================================================
