Hello, ARTS is published with reported spectral response functions for all HIRS instruments (except Metop-B). What is the source of those SRFs? As far as I can see, the NOAA KLM User's Guide only contains a graph of HIRS SRFs, not the actual numbers. The NOAA POD User's Guide seems to contain even less detail.
