Hi Simon. Sorry this is not yet documented.
The storing order should be pressure, latitude and longitude. That is latitudes runs faster then longitude.
But could be mistakes here. Have I done anything wrong in the new methods setting up xa etc?

Dear all, I was running in some trouble with 2D OEM computations that didn't converge and tracked it down to the x vector being reshaped to the retrieval grid differently than what is implied by the Jacobian. I know now that pressure is the fastest running index and latitude runs slower, but what about longitudes? I searched for information on this in all three guides plus the online doc but couldn't find anything.
