Dear all, Today we released ARTS 2.6.12, significantly increasing performance of reading xml data files.

We recommend to install ARTS in Miniforge3[1] with `mamba install -c rttools pyarts`. Existing environments can be updated with `mamba update -c rttools pyarts`.
