As far as I know, this parameter is only relevant when using
frequency
lookup tables. For wind retrievals we use the OnTheFly method to
calculate absorption without lookup tables, which is slower but
more
accurate because it does not need interpolation.
This is also set in TestOEM.arts by:
Copy( propmat_clearsky_agenda, propmat_clearsky_agenda__OnTheFly )
