Dear ARTS developers, This question concerns the option to set line shapes for absorption species in v2.6.
In the past I’ve used “ws.abs_lines_per_speciesSetLineShapeType()” and “LP”, “VP” etc. to ask for common lineshape functions. This function does not exist anymore, however, in the v2.5 documentation I’ve found the “pyarts.arts.LineShapeTypeOld” option which seems to be deprecated in v2.6. I assume “pyarts.arts.LineShapeSingleSpeciesModel” is some internal function that generates the lineshape function based on other input. Is there still an easy way to ask for “Voigt” lineshape (or other common ones) like in older ARTS versions? As always, thanks for your help!
