Role: Teradata Microstrategy consultant Location: Dayton Ohio. Start Date: ASAP Duration: 9+ months Rate: Market *Eligibility Requirements:* -A minimum of; 4 years experience designing, building and deploying reports in a Teradata based Data Warehouse environment 4 years experience designing, building and deploying reports using Microstrategy in a Teradata based Data Warehouse environment -Strong leadership skills -Excellent written and verbal communications skills -Excellent team skills -Core Job Responsibilities: -Provide Microstrategy tech training, guidance and mentorship to DW Power User group members -Ensure proper governance of data in the DW -Act as the lead for the DW Power User’s Group -Provide mentoring and training to DW Power User’s Group to allow them to leverage the data in the DW -Build a recommendation for managing Meta Data -Maintain Meta data repository so that resources utilizing the DW understand how to properly utilize and leverage the data -Establish short and long term data needs -Prioritize DW Power User’s Group initiatives -Make training recommendations. -Work with IT DW group to understand IT DW resource availability -Make resource recommendations. *Work Experience Desired: * * * -Advanced Microstrategy reporting skills in a Microstrategy 8 / 9 environment -4 years experience designing, building and deploying reports using Microstrategy in a Teradata based Data Warehouse environment. -4 years experience designing, building and deploying reports in a Teradata based Data Warehouse environment -Experience in a Teradata 12 environment -Strong leadership skills -Experience building and maintaining a metadata model is preferred but optional *Other Skills:* -Extremely proficient Microstrategy developer skills -Must work extremely well in a team environment -Must be extremely organized & motivated -Must work with a sense of urgency -Must have a passion for quality control -Experience working with a project manager to formulate and use project plans and associated documents -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Companies Looking for IT Out Staffing & Recruitment" group.
