Experience with the CSBU portfolio/SmartConnect
Experience with clients & cross-functional teams (multi-groups)
Experience with Meter Posting
Knowledge of Billing Process
Knowledge of Advanced Load Control System (ALCS) & Outage
Management System (OMS)
Knowledge with CSBU functionality
Knowledge of Itron Metering Products such as:
Operation Reporting System (ORS)
WhatsUp Gold (WUG)
