Candidates shall possess a high level of aptitude and competence with a strong Microsoft Windows office background and experience in developing, implementing and rolling out complex, high profile projects. All candidates should have extensive experience in systems analysis, system design, programming, testing and debugging, and documentation creation. They should have experience in interfacing with users to determine requirements, identifying potential new system functions and determining whether existing system functions are satisfying needs.
