*Description: *Write test scripts from requirements. Manually execute all test steps and retest as necessary. Coordinate with the performance engineering team for load testing. Report test results weekly. Ensure test environment is maintained with test data and remains up and available for testing. Design, develop, implement and maintain software test cases and test plans to evaluate software functionality, performance and defects. Coordinate software testing work schedules/requirements/issues with other groups, including project managers, and software development teams. Works with developers, analysts and business partners on problem areas to define pertinent specifications for applications testing. Review product requirements and design documents. Define and create test scripts and ensure complete testing of applications. Plan and deliver testing by performing requirements analysis, analyzing requirements thoroughly for testability, writing test plans, preparing test data, defining test cases and developing test scripts. Report and track defects by providing reproducible defect reports and work with other team members to document and close issues. Must be forward-thinking and able to assess risks to quality. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, highly productive, team-oriented, dynamic environment, under aggressive deadlines. *Must Have: *2+ years SQA experience on medium scale projects, designing, writing and implementing test plans Strong organizational and analytical skills Solid understanding of SQA project involvement, software application development life cycle and methodologies Solid skills in requirements analysis with use cases and other requirement documents. Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technically, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and ask for help as necessary Ability to assess the impact of changes with people, systems and schedules. Intermediate level MS SQL experience Some experience with ETL testing. Ability to design and implement software functional tests for both feature and system level. Ability to design test cases that are likely to find defects and likely to be performed in the customer (live) environment.
