The candidates enterprise SOA design experiences must include Business Object Models (business entities/objects and their relationships), Service Models, Service Specifications, eXtensible Markup Language (XML) interfaces and files, XML Schema Definitions (XSDs) and Web Services Description Language (WSDL) files . Our resource/consultant will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in: 1. Architecting SOA composite applications with multiple platform breadth, working out integration patterns to most effectively wrap and expose legacy transactions, particularly mainframe. Experience with IBM specific integration patterns such as Message Broker and CICS Gateway preferred. 2. Designing patterns and standards for adaption of Cloud Technology 3. Overseeing, planning and designing enterprise data migrations from legacy to SOA systems including best practices (e.g. big bang vs. piece by piece) 4. Middleware (portals, firewalls, security etc) design best practices including security gateways patterns. DataPower experience particularly useful. 5. Demonstrated experience in working with services (web services, Service Component Architecture (SCA), etc) and development teams to establish composite applications. 6. Demonstrated knowledge and experience using IBM’s tools: Websphere Business Modeler (WBM), Websphere Process Server (WPS), Websphere Integration Broker (WID), and Rational Software Architect (RSA - including the generation of Service Models, Service Classification Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams) that support end to end Business Process Management (BPM). This includes importing models from WBM into WID and RSA, and implementing service orchestration using Business Process Execution Language (BPEL). 7. Demonstrated experience implementing and/or using WebSphere Service Registry and Repository, including its service lifecycle capabilities, as well its facilities for service contract document discovery. 8.
