-IT Monitoring and Tools Engineer with experience in industry standard monitoring tools such as OpenView or Tivoli. -General experience with any other industry standard monitoring tools such as Microsoft System Center 2007, EMC Smarts InCharge, Unicenter R11, Unicenter Wily and Unicenter eHealth is a plus. -Analyzes functional and monitoring requirements and provides supports on all requests through completion. -Codes, tests, debugs, maintains and refines the computer software to provide the required monitoring requests. -Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. -Ability to operate in both a Windows and UNIX environment.
