*OIM Implementation Lead** **Location : Marlborough, MA- ** * *Rate DOE* Keys to the Job: 2-3 years of OIM experience. We are currently working on version 9.102 with Oracle 11G. This resource would ideally have at least 2 implementations Strong Java experience to develop the connectors and to implement the solution Strong leadership and technical skills Strong communication and documentation skills This work needs to be done onsite in the Marlborough location. Job Description: This individual will act as technical lead for implementation of our identity management solution. The identity management solution will interact with PeopleSoft, Oracle, Active Directory, and Exchange implementations, as well as with our ITSM ticketing system. This individual will work closely with our Security Architect to design the identity management solution, and will also need to work closely with other teams to develop the connectors and to implement the solution. This individual may also get involved in other security related development efforts which have yet to be identified.
