This candidate will do the following: Establish and strengthen relationships with key HR leaders and work with HR business lines to establish strategic direction for technology use and align tech vision to business needs/plans Work with applications/functionality. Assist with enhancements, and new functionality needs across HR Gather and document business requirements and create functional requirements Review current state business processes and determine improvement opportunities (identify associated functional requirements, training, change management, etc. to implement improvements) Qualifications 5 years SAP HCM solution experience At least 2 implementations of E-Recruit This candidate will need to be a Senior Lead person with Architectural understanding of E-Recruit, be able to look at a Functional and Technical perspective. Must have Functional Analyst with Configuration Experience in understanding, and can look at it where they can help PG&E with, what is standard SAP and what needs customization.
