Responsibilities Application inventory collection and maintenance processes User Acceptance Test planning, execution, collection of results, and close down of testing with each key testing contact within the business Coordinate the need for communications to application testers / SMEs with the MDA change management team Act as SME for application inventory including: status, data analytics, and inquiries from MDA licensing assessment work stream and sister project, PC Refresh, as they begin to develop the application matrix for deployment to various business areas Coordinate with external vendor for PC Refresh on communications to the business regarding installation instruction discovery and application packaging Act as the face for the MDA project in technical packaging calls with external vendor: tracking and managing their application packaging and discovery status, and escalating when these teams are not meeting their schedule commitments. Manage applications analyst responsible for collection of application media and point person for external vendor for PC refresh on resolving discovery issues with the app owner / SME Skills Required . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
