Must have at least 8 years experience *Must have experience with the following: * • Consulting with business area customers and IT staff to determine options for solutions to technical problems through detailed analysis. • Communication of recommendations through formal written analysis or oral presentations. • Consulting on complex service delivery process improvements. • Developing work plans, and coordinating and tracking complex projects or assignments. • Needs assessments • Requirements analyses • Coordination of stakeholders • Project or work assignment reporting and documentation • Business analysis • Systems development/modification • Microsoft suite of desktop tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel and Project Must have experience with Analysis, design, development and verification in the IBM mainframe environment. Code and thoroughly unit test application programs using agency system and programming standards. This will include developing test data, and thoroughly testing the application programs.
