*Job Title: Microstrategy Developer * *Location: Orlando, FL Duration: 6+ Months contract with extensions* The qualified candidate should have expertise in: Expertise (preferably Microstrategy Certified) with the MicroStrategy Business Intelligence Suite, Modules include: -MicroStrategy Desktop -MicroStrategy Administrator -MicroStrategy Narrowcast Server -MicroStrategy Intelligence Server -MicroStrategy Web -MicroStrategy OLAP Services -MicroStrategy Report Services -MicroStrategy Command Manger -MicroStrategy Object Manager -Microstrategy Enterprise Manager -MicroStrategy 8 and 9 metadata structure -MicroStrategy 8.x and 9.x product lines 2. Setup, Administer, maintain , apply HotFixes and support Microstrategy Environments such as Microstrategy Web, Intelligence Server , Narrowcast services , Enterprise Manager 3. Administer Microstrategy projects, servers, Clustering, security, users and object migrations 4. Expertise in creating and integrating MicroStrategy Reports , Dashboards and objects (Attributes, Filters, Metrics, Facts, and Prompts) with a data warehouse / data marts 5. Ensure high performance and availability of Microstrategy Business Intelligence infrastructure with efficient use of system resources (CPU, Memory, Cache, Storage, etc.). Identify high usage entities via Enterprise Manager. 6. Establish and follow best practices for Usage Monitoring, Performance Tuning and Capacity Planning 7. Strong RDMS and SQL programming skills with ability to analyze optimize and debug queries; Experience in Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server databases 8. Knowledge working with Linux/Windows Operating systems and IIS/Tomcat/Apache web servers.
