Job Title: Business Process Analyst
Location: Jackson,MI
Duration: 3-6 Months
The Process Analyst provides development and support for process design
related to the implementation and/or evaluation of new systems. This
includes business processes and also IT operational processes related to
information risk management and Systems Development Life Cycle. Specific
knowledge & skills include:
· 5 + years of experience in process analysis and design
Strong analytical skills
· ITIL operational process experience
· Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
· Team player with strong interpersonal skills
· Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business, required
· Black-belt consultant, preferred.
· Experience in a utility environment supported by SAP, preferred.
· Security or risk management experience, preferred
· Information governance experience, preferred
· ITIL certification, helpful
· ARIS experience, helpful
· Knowledge of SOX, CIP, PCI, HIPAA, as well as other compliance
regulations, helpful
