Special focus is expected to be put on Core Banking Replacement project and related initiatives. This would involve in-depth understanding of Bank business, Data Warehouse, Accounting, Risk & Regulatory Reporting. Must understand a variety of financial products such as loans, deposits, treasury, trade finance, along with exposure market products. The BA will act as a liaison between technology and multiple business areas on both projects and implementations to analyze potential solutions within the Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence areas. Interface with DWMD, Middle Office, ODA, and EUC teams in business requirements gathering and analysis. Responsible for developing technical specifications, test strategy & plans and scripts, data management, logical design, testing, and reporting. As a member of the design group within DWH, the position also requires supporting SRDs, estimations, etc. Hands-on experience with SQL, Advance XL functions, and reporting tools such as Business Objects. Experience in SDLC waterfall. Should have an excellent understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and a general understanding of overall banking business, products and operations. Advanced Excel & SQL required. Detail oriented with good time management abilities. Accounting, Risk management, Profitability knowledge is a big plus. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving ability, and leadership qualities. Requires experience in all phases of a project life cycle. Ability to work in high pressure environment. 8 Years of BA experience in a large complex banking organization. 3+ years of data analysis and report development.
