Business Analyst DURHAM, North Carolina 6 months+ Responsible for business process analysis incl. business process mapping and modeling and defining the future state process design, requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation (incl. all typical techniques and types of documentation, e.g. use cases, logical data model, conceptual UI design, report design, etc.), systems and gap analysis and evaluation of solution alternatives, as well as coordination of user acceptance testing. Produces clear and concise written communications, and responds to change requests that impact business requirements. Assesses and anticipates issues, risks, and business impacts and participates in the development of business cases. Typically functions as a team leader in complex projects delivering critical deliverables and reviewing other BSAs deliverables. Leads major workshops and facilitates group discussions; leads, mentors, and acts as a subject matter expert. Evaluates large, complex problems and breaks them down into smaller, solvable problems. Independently identifies and executes solutions based upon analytical skills and business knowledge. Must be able to present to executives.
