Program Manager SAN JOSE, California 12 months+ Responsibilities include: Process o Own the programs that are prioritized for execution (around 4 programs a year) o Initiate, execute and conclude programs based on goal statements o Adopt program management standard process within the team o Recommend best practices in program management where applicable o Interact with cross-functional teams effectively to move the programs forward o Deliverables include: program scope, requirements, HR needs, project plan (including Dependencies, Risks and Issues), communication plan (organizational adoption), status reports, success measures, up-to-date program page on WebEx Social, and presentations to executives and forums o Report status, risks and issues to portfolio manager regularly o Escalate program-related issues to portfolio manager o Escalate Human resources issues to functional manager o Incorporate feedback from portfolio manager and functional manager o Seek feedback from stakeholders about program and communication o Act as a First POC for any questions on the program o Socialize and provide training on the program as required o Provide qualitative and quantitative benefits analysis where applicable Team work o When team members are inspired to do their best for the team, we all win. Supplier's consultants will work closely and effectively with team members towards the teams common goals o Use open communication Web Designer PT or FT One related service is to provide design and maintenance of the teams WebEx Social community. This service may be part-time if in USA.
