Business Analyst with Mortgage exp and some PM exp

Essential Functions:
Develop compelling and differentiating value propositions. To be able to
articulate complicated solutions in clear terms to users, executives and
developers.
Understand both internal and external client requirements and pain points.
The ability to consistently drive efficiencies and cost savings within
assigned projects and initiatives.
Ability to lead a team in a matrix environment and develop concrete goals
among multiple departments.
Design and develop a to be solution, including process, technology, and
infrastructure elements required to deliver the solution.
Demonstrate firm understanding of mortgage servicing processes to develop
client confidence.
Interview stakeholders and developers to determine costs and resource
requirements that enables quality delivery.
Coordinate with organization leaders, technology partners, and other
internal organizations required to deliver the solution.
Assist in building documentation for Statements of Work (SOW), Business
Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Design Specification documents
(FDSs).
Write Executive Summaries and complete proposals / presentations.
Complete special project related work as assigned and Ad Hoc
assistance/Analysis for Loss Mitigation.
Facilitate the Lessons Learned with key stakeholders and project team
members in order to identify areas of improvement for future project
implementations.
Business analysis with subject matter expertise in mortgage servicing/loss
mitigation in order to be able to break down processes and identify
solutions.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Access/PowerPoint.
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and familiarity with
technology solutions like SSRS, rules engine, BPM, etc.
Build solutions that are not only meet the needs of users, but are also
compliant with applicable regulations and ASCA certification.

General Skills & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of loan servicing operations.
Analytical skills and leadership abilities; project management experience.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, with attention to detail,
while balancing both strategic and tactical benefits.
Self-starter with high energy to meet the needs of a demanding business
environment
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a constructive manner
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point.
Knowledge of SharePoint, At Task and SQL Server preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years mortgage servicing experience
1 year of business analysis experience
1 year of project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years mortgage servicing experience
2-3 years of project management
Bachelors Degree
2+ years business analysis experience (Lean or Six Sigma a plus)
Supervisory experience
