Project Manager Minneapolis, MN Responsibilities include: Manage projects from proposal submission to project closeout Read and understand site plans, tower drawings, grounding plans and electrical schematics Develop project plan and metrics to track and ensure projects meet requirements and financial goals Source materials for projects Define client needs and find opportunities for new business Negotiate with customer to acquire financial remuneration for out-of-scope work completed Accurately forecast revenue, profitability and margins and develop financial goals Communicate the project scope-of-work and requirements to the office staff, construction personnel and vendors, provide project status updates to clients Perform quality assurance on projects before closeout documents are submitted to the customer Reconcile work performed with POs and payments Identify, select and manage subcontractors and vendors Direct the appropriate resources to complete the projects in a safe, expedient and profitable manner Contribute to business improvement identification, analysis, and prioritization and execute improvement initiatives Travel on overnight assignments to manage projects and/or attend customer meetings Work in the field as required Other special projects Required Experience Four or more years project management experience, with at minimum, three years in the wireless construction industry, or a related telecommunications field Experience identifying, hiring, negotiating pricing and managing subcontractors Proficient at MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the ability to learn new programs Excellent customer service skills, with ability to solve problems and maintain positive attitude Must be comfortable interacting with all levels in DCS and customer organizations Ability to define problems, collect data, design and execute solutions Aptitude to thrive and excel in a dynamic environment Thanks & Regards Shailesh Swarky Solutions, MN [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Companies Looking for IT Out Staffing & Recruitment" group.
