· Vast experience on Telecom requirements • Ability to understand and analyze technical requirements to seek qualified candidates with matching skill set • Proven technical recruiting skills with excellent track record of recruiting and over-achievement of recruiting targets • Proven ability in cold calling candidates, create proactive baskets, active recruiting by searching job boards/user groups/posting ads/social media, coordinate interviews, closing candidates • Good knowledge of US employment types W2, C2C, 1099.
