Job Description: - Candidate will have specific technical knowledge of the HR module and general knowledge of the other FIN modules - Excellent knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Forms and Reports, Discoverer, Workflow Builder, OA Framework, and UPK - Expertise in RICEW components (reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflow) and AME - Candidate will know how to apply best practices to work closely with customers to gather and analyze business requirements using techniques such as use cases; develop functional and technical designs; build and test new features or configurations; verify implementation and provide end user support. - Provide responsive customer services and quality deliverables that meet program service level requirements and customer expectations. - Candidate will participate in all phases of software development life cycle and Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) - Experience in working with public sector customers would be a plus - Candidate will demonstrate good communication skills and ability to work independently or under general direction only Qualifications: - At least five (5) years of progressive experience is required in information technology system analysis, programming, or specialty in the areas of Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10, R12 - A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related discipline is required. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Companies Looking for IT Out Staffing & Recruitment" group.
