Technical: 1. Solid understanding of software design and ability to perform technical lead role using .NET, WCF, Windows Forms, and WPF technical experience. 2. The individual should be able to develop and lead a team of developers and contractors to employ the architecture and software design while following enterprise standards. 3. Ability to develop in Java would be a nice to have and may gain in importance as the role grows over time. 4. Experience in IoC (Inversion of Control) containers and frameworks such as Prism a nice to have. Business: 1. Ability to lead discussions and hold business level meetings during problem resolution and deployment planning. This individual should be able to communicate complicated technical details effectively to business representatives to achieve buy in. 2.
