Please go through the below requirement, If you are comfortable with this position please send me your updated resume to [email protected]. *Role : SAP HANA Technical Consultant * *Duration : 6+ Months * *Location : HOUSTON,TX * Responsibilities * Provide technical support and leadership in a complex mission critical SAP HANA environment. * Analyze the HANA Database and provide recommendations on performance issues. * Handle Escalations, Strong Client Facing Skills and perform SPOC for Offshore and Onsite Team. * Manage & Consult on the design of existing hardware environment and propose the solutions for the upcoming projects. * Project Consulting, Landscape Designing etc. Coordinate with other domains / Function teams and establish Implementation plan for changes Project for timely delivery of the same. * Perform Technical Work in maintaining the HANA Database, Patch Revisions using HLM within agreed SLA. * Transition Management and stake holder management. * Interface with the customer for issue resolution and providing status updates, building customer confidence in team's * Ensure all the supported components are maintained & optimized periodically. * Performance Management * People management (induction, development & retention) * Overall operations, process and quality management Skills Primary Skills * 3-4 years of strong SAP BW on HANA Technical Experience. Minimum 7-8 Years of experience in SAP. * Must have experience in Post Installation, Revision Updates, Adding additional HANA instances into existing environment. * Involved in at least 2 HANA Implementation/Migration Projects of HANA on BW 7.3. * Authorization Management, User Management, Security setting up in HANA Servers. * Knowledge of HANA Integration with BO and other tools. * Good knowledge of Replication Technologies in HANA specifically BODS. * Experience in Installing, validating and integrating HANA with BOBJ and BODS. * Setting up monitoring e.g. DBACOCKPIT, Studio of HANA Servers. * Expertise in architecting the HANA Solution and lead the discussion. * Expertise in HANA DB performance issues troubleshooting, Recommendations in a timely manner. * Expertise in handling Explorer Services on HANA, troubleshooting. * Updating SAP HANA using HLM and SAP HANA Studio, HANA Clients in the entire environment. * Experience in sizing and scaling out of SAP HANA * other Database Administration will be added advantage * Strong Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning Experience in HANA Database. * Exposure to ITIL Based processes will be advantage * Exposure to DR, setup, design, operations, testing. Secondary Skills * Exposure to BOBJ BI Administration 4.0/3.x. * Exposure to Installation/upgrading/maintenance of BO Components. * Exposure to work on BO FIM, PCM, Information Steward, Data Services. Behavioral Skills * Customer focus * Leadership skills and team player * Must have good analytical skills * Quality oriented: Suggest and implement improvements/automation to improve quality and efficiency of the services delivered * Process oriented: Believe in defining and following standard processes. To make it more Process dependent than person dependent * Ability to adapt to Infosys ways of working * Relationship building with the customer and stakeholder management * Should be flexible to travel on short / long term assignments Experience Required ( In Years) A Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
