Excellent analytic, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. · Ensures application documentation is correct and complete. Identifies solution options and negotiates with business leads in regards to functionality and delivery timeframes. · Manages efforts to overcome obstacles and meet stated timeframes. · Leads and contributes to programming and code development efforts. · Partners with teammates, peer teams, and business contacts to identify improvement opportunities. Ensures high quality is at the forefront. *Skills required* · Fully proficient and highly skilled with Microsoft .NET and Microsoft SQL Server development. · Proficiency in Classic ASP, VB.NET <http://vb.net/>, WebForms and SQL Server, Visual Studio 2012. Ability to convey technical ideas in clear manner to non-technical users.
