MicroStrategy Regression Modeling experience (data mining tool that ability to model data. (Linear Regression/ Predictive Analytics) 2. Experience developing dashboards, screens, and the ability to transform data into a graphical representation. Knowledgeable of how to create those graphs. Has the skill to deploy those reports across users. Every user will have standardized views. Batch processing modes. Build a process on the back end. User to go in and create their own report, dashboards give it all at once. 3. Knowledge of how to deploy the screens and dashboards on the Symantec layer. Not just front end screen development, but the Symantec layer (middle layer) that goes along with it. *Job Description:* This project is to create a centralized dashboard for the New Business Sales team in the Insurance group, that will be able to use the current databases to have a better understanding and prediction of what future incomes will look like. This resource will finalize the design review and what they have in place (does it make sense or not) and then move into development. PROVIDE FINAL ESTIMATE for what it’s going to take. They need a high confidence estimate. They want the person who’s going to do the work to provide the estimate and sign off. Current estimate is $300,000. Expertise in MicroStrategy Report/Dashboard development, using Micro Strategy Regression model, setting up Micro Strategy Batch jobs and Deploying Reports/Dashboards across environments. In addition Micro Strategy administrative skills is preferable. Participates in the devising of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing and ongoing support of business systems. Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation. Must be able to apply SDLC concepts and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications. Strong communication skills are required as position will interact with business owners *Additional Information:* They already have all the requirements from the New Business Sales team, and now need to review the technical spec's for development. In terms of the technology stack, they have MicroStrategy on the front end; Symantec in the middle (regression modeling is done in the middle layer); and SQL on the back end. *Work Environment:* Will be a part of a 6 person team, none of which have the MicroStrategy expertise required to do this validation and development work. *Interview Information:* 1st round phone screen 2nd round Skype/in-person with (Director of BI). *Who is the Internal/External Customer:* *[image: http://rws/RWS/images/callout_question.gif]* Internal customer is (Director of BI) that is responsible for delivering this tool. Impact to the external customer will be more effective insight into the New Business Sales team's customers. *Business Challenge:* This tool will allow the New Business Sales team to track and have a better understanding of future incomes.
