Proven experience in independently designing & delivering complex DataStage integrations & supporting architecture. Experience W/ ETL architecture & design of complex interfaces. Ability to translate functional requirements & source-to-target mappings into ETL technical specifications (of medium to high complexity). Ability to lead a development team of on-shore / off-shore resources. Work experience W/: DataStage clients; parallel & sequence job development; unit & integration testing techniques. Working knowledge of & experience W/ most parallel job stages; e.g., Transformer, Copy, Filter, Funnel, Join, Lookup, Merge, Data Set, Sequential File, FTP Enterprise, Column/Row Generator, Column Export/Import, Local/Shared Containers. Working knowledge of & experience W/ most/all equential job stages. Ability to define & execute ETL test plans & test cases. Ability to troubleshoot/debug issues related to DataStage code, mappings, &/or data conditions.
