Position: Business Development manager:
Role & Responsibilities:
· Total Experience in BDM & US staffing in C2C
must be 5-7 years
· Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience in Business Development for
US Staffing process
Strong contacts with Hiring Managers ,and Client recruiters
· Work closely with recruiting team to ensure delivery meets
clients' expectations.
· Identify new clients for providing staffing and recruitment
solutions.
· Generate new business opportunities from existing clients.
· Responsible for achieving the agreed target business.
· Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time
pressured environment
