The project is completely a development project and looking to have candidates who are ready to take up this challenging role as client expectations are very high. The project uses all the latest Java technology and hence carries very good scope for learning & development. Here are the Core Skills a Potential Candidate must be good at. UI: JSP, JQuery, JQX Widgets, CSS, Javascript Middleware: Jetty, Guice, Jersey (REST), JOOQ Backend skills: Oracle 11G PL/SQL Other Tools: JMS, Ant, Shell script, SQL Loader, Mail, Junit *Skills* 1. Good investment banking functional background is mandatory 2. Must be good in core Java programming *(E2/E3)* 3. Must be familiar with Java core API including but not limited to collections, util, io, and util.concurrent. Basically must have worked on developing multi-threaded apps *(E2)* 4. Must possess knowledge for creating web application using JSP, JQUERY, AngularJS, Javascript, CSS, Servlets, etc.(*E2*) 5. Must be familiar with Java Generics. 6. Must possess good pl/sql skills (*E2*). 7. Must have used unit testing frame work in last 2 to 3 years and familiar with basic principles in writing unit testable code. *(E2)* 8. Must be familiar with best programming practices in Java and be able to review code. *(E2)* 9. Must be familiar with any ORM framework like hibernate, IBatis, jooq, etc(*E1*) 10. Must possess knowledge on using Oracle Queues(*E1*) 11. Must possess basic shell scripting skills. *(E1)* 12. Familiarity with Eclipse IDE for development and debugging is preferable* (E1)* 13.
