*Job Requirements *

·         BA/BS or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g. Computer
Science, Electrical Engineering or Information Systems)

·         5-10 years total work experience

·         Java development experience with REST/Open API Concepts, REST
framework, JSON

·         In-depth knowledge of state-of-the art engineering technical
approaches in design, build, testing, debugging problems as required by
domain



*Desired Skills*

·         Project utilizes Agile Development, so the candidate will need:

◦ Agile project experience

◦ Share experiences of Agile development processes

◦ Attend daily scrum calls and provide daily updates

◦ Attend/actively participate in Sprint Planning, Review and Retrospectives

·         Partner  with architects and other senior engineers across
projects or services to complete architectural and technical design
deliverables

·         Coordinate with and Provide support to our vendor, UnboundID, to
install UnboundID components in NPE (non-prod environments) and production

·         Partner with Infrastructure in planning future Infrastructure
needs

·         Partner with BA to gain understanding of Business
Requirements/Stories

·         Partner closely with Scrum Master to document stories and tasks
in VersionOne

·         Design/Development

◦ Provide technical oversight to others resolving high severity hardware,
operational, infrastructure and application incidents

·         Guide technical design activities to ensure design intent is
clear and infrastructure impact understood

·         Lead in design reviews of program specs and  code

·         Provide thought-leadership within team and to the broader
community to promote re-use and develop consistent technical build,
implementation and support processes

·         Be an advocate of engineering practices and technology
stewardship across TTS and our business partner teams.

        ◦ Services Development Oversight

·         Partner with the program/enterprise services teams

·         Provide guidance and work direction to services developers

·         Partner Integration to our platform

·         Lead the design of partner synch integrations to our platform

·         ◦Hands-on Development, as needed to complete our sprint activities

·         Testing

◦Lead Performance Testing activities

◦Support system testing/UAT

·         Support technical testing activities (job runs, data loads, etc.

·         Partner with Scrum Master to delegate or fix defects

 ◦Participate in sign-off activities

·          Implementation

◦Develop implementation plans to ensure stable deployment of code into
production

◦Lead Implementation activities
