*Position : Project Manager * *Location : Palmyra WI * *Duration : 6-12 Months Phone/ Skype * *Job Requirement* - Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. - Influence change in the workplace through industry-accepted organizational and behavior theories related to project management. - Set, manage and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion - Direct and manage medium and large projects from concept to closure - Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents - Define the framework project delivery for the IT PMO and the EPMO with assistance from stakeholders and subject matter experts - Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
