Assist RMO staff in the daily operational support of Change Management best practices. As a Change Manager SME, train and assist staff in the execution and support of Change Management best practices. Train and/or socialize Change Management concepts and processes to all levels of the organization. Ability to work well with staff; must possess strong interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork. Provide the Release Management Office manager with status upon request and inform of any issues that require escalation. Support and participate in all other Change Management activities as needed and directed. Attend and/or facilitate meetings as needed.
