This is an application that supports all the internal businesses and interfaces with all business critical applications and databases. *Responsibilities*: · Work with business teams to clarify requirements and business needs. · Collaborate with other developers and architects to determine optimal solution architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability. · Develop high-level system narratives, storyboards, and user interface prototypes. · Develop system test plans, ensure software quality assurance (SQA) standards are achieved, and validate that business goals are accomplished. · Develop applications to coding standards and quality. · Ensure stakeholders are responded to in a timely and professional manner. Foster open lines of communication with all parties. *Required Skills:* · 3-4+ years experience in application development. · *Must have hands on experience and in depth knowledge of Object Oriented Design and Development * · *Must have experience with Windows development – Winforms/WPF* · *Must have strong SQL developments skills- writing stored procedures, queries, etc.* · *Must have hands on threading experience* · *Experience in creating applications using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET>, ASP, Web Services, XML, SQL Server.* · Proven experience in all stages of the software development life cycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation. · Experience with ASP.Net AJAX, CSS, Javascript, and layouts and Web 2.0 UI behaviors is a plus. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including senior leadership. · Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or equivalent IT knowledge/experience.
