Length: 6+ months. start: ASAP. Seeking a Sr. PeopleSoft Benefits Payroll Parallel Functional Tester who will play a critical role in current implementation of UCPath (PeopleSoft HCM 9.2) project. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of Peoplesoft testing experience and exposure to 9.x product suite, specifically Benefits. Experience testing an initial PS implementation with conversion validation is required. Experience with HP testing tools, PSFT test framework, and UPK is a plus. *Job Responsibilities*: Analyze and reconcile payroll parallel discrepancies. Translate business requirements into test scenarios, cases and scripts. Planning, implementing, and reporting on testing aspects of application. Responsible to create use cases, develop and maintain test specifications, test cases, test scripts and test data. Adhere to best test practices, standards and processes, troubleshoot test issues, record test results, track and prioritize defects. Participate in release decisions and establish measures of test efficiency, effectiveness and application readiness. Leverage test management tools and test automation tools. *Required Skills: * 5+ years of hands of experience as PeopleSoft Functional Tester Experience in at least 1 implementation of 9.x version of PeopleSoft with big, distributed customer. Expertise in reconciling discrepancies between legacy payroll system and PeopleSoft systems. Expertise in designing and developing test cases, scripts, scenarios and reports. Good functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Benefits functionality. Experience with PS Query and SQL is needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in all phases of testing including Functional Unit, System Integration, Parallel, User Acceptance and Performance testing. Ability to perform successfully in a team setting by aligning to the overall priorities of application testing. Experience in working through the testing lifecycle over multiple assignments under aggressive timelines. Coordinate and communicate with testers. Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with variety of people to accomplish goals and support others. Strong testing expertise in script writing, execution and defect resolution. Should be proactive in completing the job assigned with little direction and be adaptable to changing job requirements. Strong working knowledge of testing tools, preferably Quality Center and QTP is required. Experience with MS Word, Excel and Visio is required. *Preferred* Prior experience of Higher Education or Healthcare is preferred. Knowledge on workflow is desirable. Demonstrated experience with developing automated functional test scripts from test specifications and developing functional libraries and utility scripts. Knowledge of agile development methodology is preferred. Position: 2 Title: Oracle Endeca Consultant. Location: Sunnyvale, CA. Duration: 6 months. *Basic Qualifications*: Minimum 3 years experience in Endeca. Experienced using the EAM extension for Endeca. Experienced working with Endeca Discovery Manager. Minimum 3 years working with clients (e.g. strong relationships, influence over direction). Minimum 3 years of requirements gathering experience. Bachelor’s Degree Required--- Position: 3 Title: AIX Administrator. Location: Akron, OH. Duration: 6 months. *Job Description*: AIX administrator with experience in SAP environment. Scripting, troubleshooting, coordination with Basis support team. *Qualifications* * 10+ years’ experience as AIX administrator. * 2+ years in SAP environment. * 2+ years coordinating with Basis staff. * Exposure to Red Hat and/or SuSe Linux. Position: 4 Title: WebSphere Process Server Consultant. Location: Nashville, TN. Duration: 3+ months. *Job Description*: • 2+ consecutive years of experience as a lead architect and designer using the WebSphere suite. • Experience analyzing, reverse-engineering, and documenting the design of existing WebSphere solutions. • Experience identifying business processes and creating IT solutions that deliver those functions in WebSphere. • Strong communication skills (visual and verbal) and demonstrated experience using those skills to convey innovative solutions to IT and business management. • Experience working in a large corporate enterprise (ex. leading or serving as lead architect to teams of 10 or more individuals). *Additional Skills Recommended*: • Certification in WebSphere Process Server. • Certification in WebSphere Application Server. • Experience with architecture and design of WebSphere process server. • Knowledge of SAP PI/PO middleware. • Knowledge of Microsoft BizTalk. • Knowledge of SAP ERP.
