*Position : **Ariba Implementation Project Manager* *Location : **Allentown PA* *Duration : **15 months +* *Interview :Phone and Skype* *Work Status: GC –EAD, GC, Citizen * *Title: Ariba and Corporate Credit Card Implementation Project Manager* *Essential Functions & Duties:* The Ariba & Corporate Credit Card Implementation Project Manager is responsible for all project management activities throughout the project life cycle for the following two projects: The Ariba implementation project and the Corporate Credit Card implementation project. Prior experience managing Ariba software implementations is required. Additionally, the PM would manage the project that is to define a corporate card program including the systems integration and coordination with ERP/Workday; Supply Chain/Ariba/ EAMs; Source to Pay corporate card program, set-up and maintenance; and Treasury processes and cash management. *To be successful the Project Manager must proficiently:* · Plan, direct, and ensure the successful management of assigned projects, utilizing the complete resources of the portfolio management office and assigned project management teams. · Develop, execute, and maintain project management plan for each assigned project, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, communication, resource, issues, risks, change control and contractor management plans. · Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. · Manage project changes (scope, budget, and schedule) through the portfolio governance structure. · Proactively identify risk and mitigation plans, monitor project status, recognize negative trends and project variances, and coordinates corrective action. · Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. · Manage project budget. Working with the Budget Control Specialist, determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project. Accurately forecasts project cost to complete.
