*This nationwide industry leader has an immediate 6+ month contract opening in Dallas for a Business Analyst. Must be local to the Dallas-Ft. Worth area with the ability to work in the office at least 4 days/week. This Business Analyst will be responsible for multiple web projects. Will also follow up with the business on the effective usage of MS Dynamics CRM. Will use consultative skills to elicit and document business requirements, business processes, technical requirements, and use cases. Will work closely with business users, subject matter experts, and the internal development team to analyze and validate requirements. Will translate business requirements to technical requirements in conjunction with technical team. Will provide data analysis for integration requirements. Will trace requirements to deployed system to ensure all the requirements are meet. Will inform Project Manager of technical issues/bugs and resolutions. Will work directly with business to identify and implement process improvements and workflows. May work directly with business to implement SharePoint related deliverables. Will maintain effective communications with supervisor, project managers and team members.* *Requirements:* • 3-5+ years Business Analyst experience. • Application Integration experience • CRM Experience (MS Dynamics CRM strongly preferred) • Web Front End Project experience. • Strong experience with eliciting and documenting requirements. • Excellent communication skills. • Reporting experience. • Proficiency with MS Office Professional. • Experience working with internal application development teams. • Strong experience with the entire SDLC. • Experience with Data Analysis and Data Mapping. • Experience working with Enterprise-wide applications. • Excellent end-to-end understanding of business processes, organization, and techniques. • Experience with SharePoint. • Project Management experience is a plus. • Ability to work with minimal direction. • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. • Bachelors degree in related field.
