Dear Partner, Position: Sr. Office 365 Engineer
*Location: Carrollton, TX* *Duration: 6 months+* Interview process will be phone and then Skype or in person interview *Summary:* This position will be responsible for the development, planning, coordination, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s collaboration tools. The candidate will provide Administration support for the Microsoft Office 365 collaboration environment, Email Gateway Servers, and other related collaborative systems and technologies as well as keeping up-to-date with the future direction and capabilities of Office 365 in the Collaboration Operations area. *Responsibilities:* · Support the Microsoft Office 365 environment. · Troubleshoot issues reported by the end-user community within the defined SLOs, and escalate to and work with Microsoft Technical Support when needed. · Utilize PowerShell to administer Office 365. · Outlook PST management and support. · Monitor Office 365 cloud environment to identify issues. · SMTP Relay Administration. · Assist in planning and implementing Office 365 upgrades and rolling out new functionality. · Develop configuration, administrative, and user documentation. · Drive user adoption by regularly publicizing features which end-users can utilize to work more effectively. · Administrative tasks such as updating Office 365 Licenses, creating conference rooms, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, Provide reports to IT Leadership as required. · Provide 2nd level end-user support. *Required Skills:* · 7-10 years of IT experience. · 5-7 years of experience supporting Enterprise Messaging leveraging Microsoft technologies. · 3-5 years’ experience in O365 · 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online supporting MS Office 365 Outlook 2010 & 2013, OWA, and Lync Basic & 2013 (Online usage, troubleshooting, audio / video, and federation) are required. · Must have in-depth knowledge and working experience of Office 365 Permissions & Roles, SMTP Mail Flow, Anti-Spam, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), and Power Shell cmdlet Scripting.
