Position: IBM Data Stage -ETL Developer *Location: Dallas, TX* *Duration: 6 months* Interview process will be phone then in person *Summary:* Job comprises of various Data Integration ETL tasks with custom interfaces to external data sources & systems. This job also includes various internal Applications data load, reconciliation, on time as well as near real time data delivery tasks. Prior experience in reusable ETL interfaces is needed. *Responsibilities:* · Design and develop ETL jobs from function specification. · Develop reusable interface frame works with reasonable assumptions of future specs. · Performance tuning of ETL jobs to keep data loads within SLA. *Required Skills:* · 7+ years of experience in ETL -IBM Data Stage development for data movement, data quality, data cleansing and other ETL- related activities. · Good Understanding of IBM Information server platform · Ability to troubleshoot ETL processes failures or warnings and provide technical support for all ETL- Data stage related issues. · Knowledge in MS-SQL Server 2008 DB. · Strong Unix / Linux Scripting · Experience in SSIS · Experience with IBM CDC/ IBM® Info SphereTM Data Replication preferred · Basic knowledge Database Netezza or Oracle preferred · Data stage Administration experience preferred · Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred.
