MS Dynamics CRM Developer
Vancouver, WA
12 month contract


The MS Dynamics CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing,
testing, implementing, customizing and integrating BI and CRM applications
with other systems to provide solutions for a large scale global
organization. This includes custom developed and configuration/solutions.
Technical skills and experience to develop cost effective, timely solutions
that meet functional and performance requirements while focusing on
component reuse.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to technology shifts; define, influence, and
communicate technical direction. Must make decisions, be driven and work
autonomously in order to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
Leading, mentoring, assigning tasks and assisting individual contributors
while working collaboratively with team members across technical
disciplines. Will be leading multiple projects across all stages of the
system's lifecycle. Leverage multiple proprietary, standard and emerging
technologies such as cloud-computing, Data Warehousing, BI Tools, Microsoft
Dynamics CRM, Snapengage and ClickDimensions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Design, develop, configure and implement solutions to take full advantage
of functionality in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and other applications as
applicable.
-Serve as liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, specify, validate,
and manage business, user, functional and non-functional requirements in
support of multiple business.
-Analyze and understand business problems, opportunities, and priorities in
the context of the requirements and recommend solutions that enable the
organization to achieve its goals.
-Translate business requirements into data flows, process flows and
functional specifications.
-Effectively plan and document project phases by creating detailed project
plans to include: work breakdown structures, project schedules, costs, and
risk management.
-Manage business expectations and communicate with end users and systems
interface users regarding the status of projects.
-Collaborate with all members of the cross-platform BI and CRM teams on
standards, processes, methodologies, data models and architecture.
-Develop project business cases for larger scale initiatives that define
how business objectives are to be achieved, to include: defining scope,
objectives, recommendations for approach, budget and resource estimates and
requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer or
Software Engineering.
-3+ years knowledge and experience in programming Dynamic CRM Systems.
-Experience with the principles of system design, configuration,
customization, integration, testing and support.
-Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM application, Microsoft xRM
platform, Microsoft .NET Framework and JavaScript technologies, (experience
with SSRS required).
-Experience designing and project managing scaled deployments across
multiple systems and platforms.
-Proven presentation and exceptional communication skills; ability to
communicate with all levels within the organization.
-Experience managing an off-shore team with regard to requirements,
specifications, development, implementations and production support a plus.
