SAP HCM Consultant
Location – NY

Responsible for documenting, tracking and providing ongoing metrics for all
gaps identified in Fit/Gap session
*Identify and implement Basic template design modifications required based
on the Basic+ and Full Service country specifications *Responsible for HRIS
related issue resoluir

*Support detailed project planning and update activities *Lead testing
efforts for Employee Central test scenarios

*Define ongoing security process*
Assist with the global expansion of document imaging

*Escalate risks and issues to the EC HCM Lead and the Sector resources *Prepare
weekly status updates tracking progress of deliverables for the EC HCM Lead
• Responsible for creating and maintaining security within Employee Central
which entails role based permissions •

Required Job Skills & Years of Experience

Experience with end-to-end life cycle implementation projects •
Deep knowledge of HR Processes and HR Systems •
Able to perform in a consultative business analyst role Leadership Skills
Required: •
Individual must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong
independent problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
