Position: Sr. Business Analyst – IBM BlueworksLive

*Location: Dallas, TX*

*Duration: 6 months*

*Summary:*

Business/Process Analyst with extensive experience in modeling business
processes (BPM).  Candidate needs to have extensive experience with
modeling in IBM BlueworksLive and working with Business to train them in
using BlueworksLive.



*Responsibilities:*

·         Responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting the business
requirements for internal and external (investor and third party customer)
reports associated with all aspects of loan-servicing and loan-portfolio
conditions and performance.

·         Consults with business, IT and third-party resources to identify
and document the business reporting needs.

·         Identifies and conducts discovery meetings as needed to uncover
all details needed to create a complete detailed Business.

·         Requirements Document (BRD) or Report Requirements Document (RRD)
as appropriate.

·         Conducts sidebar research of data, data sources and destinations,
report format preferences, and report delivery options as needed to include
in the BRD/RRD.

·         Analyzes functional requirements, procedures, and problems to
automate processing or to improve systems.

·         Creates, maintains and manages business description of user
needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify systems,
including BRD/RRD and supporting documents, diagrams, data and database
specifications, etc.

·         Assists with development and testing phases of projects as needed.



*Required Skills:*

·         10+ years experience in IT.

·         6+ years of Business Analysis experience.

·         Minimum 4 years experience with IBM BlueworksLive

·         Must have extensive experience with IBM Blueworks Live This is a
Business Side Requirement for Modeling, simulation, and adjustment of core
business processes – Preferably in Financial / Mortgage industry.

·         5+ years System documentation experience and/or technical writing

·         Consultant needs to be an expert in IBM BPM Process discovery and
design

·         Experience with BPMN 2.0 notations

·         Process Modeling Expertise with BPMN 2.0 experience

·         Experience with Business Rules Mining in the enterprise.

·         Must have expertise with MS Visio

·         Ability to create non-functional requirements and translate
business requirements into non-functional requirements.

·         Working knowledge of industry practices and policies and the
ability to develop a clear understanding of the company's key functional
processes and resources.

·         Experience with Agile or other rapid application development
methods.
