Work involves the planning, analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, implementation, integration, maintenance and management with regards to systems hardening and security policies. ∙ Responsible for working closely with the Information Security team to ensure current security policies have been applied across all systems ∙ Responsible for working closely with Information Security to develop new processes and solutions for the enterprise with regards to maintaining a secure computing environment ∙ Uses advanced systems engineering techniques to analyze, define and document security needs and required functionality ∙ Develops system design, considering operational impacts, performance, testing, cost and schedule, training, maintenance, and support ∙ Ensures adherence to appropriate standards, policies, principles, and practices ∙ Assists in coordinating the work of many engineers/administrators/developers across many disciplines ∙ Technical Lead on multiple projects/engagements with comprehensive understanding of Systems Security and Integration across multiple platforms ∙ Mentors less experienced engineers and other team members ∙ Helps to drive strategic security approaches through application across multiple systems/projects/organizations ∙ Helps to drive the relationship between technical solutions and business needs Responsibilities: * Install New Software * Add and Remove Users * Add and Remove Hardware * Assist Users, * Maintain local documentation * Perform back-ups * Audit security * Monitor system * Perform trouble shooting.
