Position: PeopleSoft Financials Developer Location: Ann Arbor, MI. Duration: 6-12 month + contract Below is the job description. If you have any available candidates please let me know. Due to the high volume of response please provide consultant resume, rate, location and contact information to be considered. *PeopleSoft Financials Developer* *Summary* Plan, develop, and implement efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions. Exercises own judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining development plan. Apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve system issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments and support end users in efficiently and effectively fulfilling business objectives. *Major Responsibilities* *(50%) Develop PeopleSoft Financial applications* - Executes all phases of systems and programming activities including, design, coding, debugging, documentation and testing of system enhancements, interfaces, reports, etc.. - Helps to identify and implement changes either to PeopleSoft or to Domino's business processes to improve functionality, performance, integration, or efficiency. - Participates in project planning sessions to understand the technical requirements to implement a solution. - Participates with IT Management in identifying opportunities to utilize systems and technology to drive the business. - Actively participates in review of development and coding standards of externally contracted development team. - Follows coding standards as set by Domino's. *(40%) Assist in production support resolution as required.* - Ensures appropriate integration with PeopleSoft. - Monitors IS progress on interface, conversion and integration tasks. - Corrects programming errors as production support. *(10%) Work with business analysts to understand and document program development requirement(s.* *Required Skills* - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a results oriented team player. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Extensive development experience on PeopleSoft Financials 9.X (AP and AM a plus) - 5+ years of technical experience with the PeopleSoft FSCM system - Strong experience in PeopleSoft Development and related tools such as: - PeopleCode - Application Designer - SQR - Component Interface - Application Engine - SQL - Functional knowledge of many of the following PeopleSoft modules: - Accounts Payables - Accounts Receivable - Billing - Asset Management - General Ledger - Inventory - Purchasing *Desired Skills* - EDI Integration - Integration Broker - Component Interfaces - XML/BI Publisher - Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades - Experience integrating PeopleSoft Financials with other external applications - Experience on version 9.2 a plus *Minimum Qualifications* - Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software application development and support, specifically PeopleSoft Financials *Regards, Parul Gupta* *IT-Technical Recruiter Source Infotech Inc. **3840 Park Avenue, Suite C-205, Edison, NJ-08820* *Phone* *609 632 1299|| Fax: 732-909-2282 || Email: * *[email protected]* <[email protected]> *------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------* *Disclaimer: *Under Bill s.1618 Title III passed by the 105th U.S. Congress this mail cannot be considered Spam as long as we include contact information and a remove link for removal from our mailing list.
