*NYCHHC – New York City, NY* *Any Visa!!* JOB SUMMARY · The EITS department is seeking a detailed- oriented candidate with strong computer and analytical skills that works well independently and in a team. · Must have strong communications skills. · Will create benchmarks for reporting for all facets of supply chain. RESPONSIBILITIES · Develop new SQL, Microsoft access, Microsoft Excel and Visual Basics (VBA) applications, tools and reporting. · Build and maintain dashboard of supply chain metrics with data sourced from multiple repositories including GHX, Oracle, People Soft, OTPS, etc. · Understand where data resides in multiple systems and develop a clear understanding of table nuances and relationships. · Analyze data to find trends and complete root cause analysis for exceptions. · Provide analytical project support for several key supply chain initiatives. · Review existing business processes and logic in the various functional areas of supply chain through personal observation and user interaction. · Communicate with business users to develop reporting tools and ad hoc/refreshable reports to address current business problems or streamline processes. · Utilize software tools to simulate “what if” scenarios to identify efficient courses of action QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE · Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required. · Advanced Microsoft experience required. · Ability to relate data models to actual business processes in all areas of supply chain. · Proficient in Microsoft Access and SQL. · Experience in spreadsheet automaton using Visual Basics (VBA). · Excellent analytical and numerical skills. · Ability to interact on all levels in a professional manner including C-suite executives both verbally and in writing converting technical concepts into understandable language. · Understanding of business intelligence modeling a plus. · Well organized with strong time management skills. · People Soft ERP experience preferred. · Hospital supply chain experience a plus. · Experience with applicant tracking and recruiting systems and software, including PeopleSoft. *Regards, Parul Gupta* *IT-Technical Recruiter Source Infotech Inc. **3840 Park Avenue, Suite C-205, Edison, NJ-08820* *Phone* *609 632 1299|| Fax: 732-909-2282 || Email: * *[email protected]* <[email protected]> *------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------* *Disclaimer: *Under Bill s.1618 Title III passed by the 105th U.S. Congress this mail cannot be considered Spam as long as we include contact information and a remove link for removal from our mailing list.
