This includes providing general project oversight and assuring coordination, cooperation and communications among client and its vendor partner. Responsibilities: a. Provide complete project management services for the successful and timely implementation of the new telecommunications system by allocating, managing, and optimizing all project resources. b. Effectively marshal both client and vendor project resources to ensure successful completion of project goals and objectives. c. Identify resources necessary to accomplish project tasks and the appropriate work effort required from those resources. Direct all personnel resources necessary for the project.
