*Key JD/Skill Set* –
*Technical capabilities :*
· Virtual Collaboration technical analyst with Skype for business
configuration and support skills.
· LiveMeeting configuration and support skills might be added
advantage..
· An understanding of how collaboration software products work
· A high-level knowledge of Active Directory
· A high-level knowledge of IP networks and some understanding of
the challenges presented by real-time traffic
· A knowledge of Windows 7 PC applications and the ability to read
event logs and the use of other tools to resolve problems
· Ability to write PowerShell scripts
*Other skills:*
· Have a good knowledge of ITIL processes and service management
capabilities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills , A
self-starter who can complete tasks with minimal supervision
· Excellent problem solving skills and experience with management
of IT vendors and service providers
