Job Description: • Develops, implements, administers, and maintains policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company database. • Implements data models, database designs, data access and table maintenance codes. • Resolves database performance and capacity issues, replication issues, and other distributed data issues. • Requires 4-6 years of experience. Position Comments: • This contractor will not be performing routine database administration tasks. S/he will work on security/risk – based tasks (including analytics and reporting), that involve monitoring the security environment, understand/adhere to controls and regulations, reviews laws, measuring standards/controls to databases, critical thinking to remedy situations and communicate information to the team. • Must have: Advanced skills in Sybase, Oracle and SQL Server administration. Broad knowledge in Sybase, Oracle and SQL Server security internals. Working knowledge of SQL scripting. Requires advance knowledge of SQL code and writing SQL queries. • Seeking 4-6 years of experience. Non local candidates are welcome to apply. Candidate must work from SNO location.
